Am I the only one who loves the ‘smoosh’? The trail of icing that forms a ring around the cake plate after it has been cut and served. I scoop it up with a smudge of my pointer finger or the dull side of a knife. Why waste all this sweetness? Would you admit to indulging in the ‘smoosh’?
